Can you take the Alberta knowledge test online?
No. The official pages describe the knowledge test only as an in-person test. It is taken on a computer at an Alberta registry agent office, and no online or at-home version is offered.
The official pages do not say whether you must book the knowledge test in advance. The road test page advises phoning the registry office ahead to confirm it is open and offers the service you need.
After you pass the knowledge test, a registry agent tests your vision. If you pass both, you can buy a Class 7 learner's licence card.
